Friendly welcome and efficient check-in Good buffet breakfast with some hot food (sausages, scrambled egg, pancakes, boiled eggs), fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereal, breads , meat, cheeses, fruit juice and pots of coffee on the table Bar and lounge area very pleasant Room was comfortable and reasonable size and had a clean modern bathroom. Did have air con but didn't seem to be on and wasn't really need. Had a TV, fridge and kettle with cups, coffee, and teabags Great idea of the hotel where you can opt before 9:30 am to not have your room cleaned that day in exchange for DKR 100 bar voucher which we did for 2 of our 4 days. Well located for getting off the train after arriving the airport. Its only a very easy 15 min journey and costs about £3 each one way. Then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Also about a 10 minute walk to the town centre

Very good location, in the heart of Copenhagen. Nice restaurants nearby as well as a variety of attractions (Tivoli Gardens, Copenhagen Main Street etc.) Amazing room and facilities. Staff were very friendly and gave good information.

Central location, very easy to find. The staff is lovely and helpful. They also have a green program where you can opt out of housekeeping for a day and receive a little gift. The bed is comfortable, and the windows have thick curtains to stop the light come in.

A fantastic hotel with great staff. We had a large family room which was comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast with a great selection. It did get very busy at times but the staff worked really hard and nothing was too much trouble. It’s in a great area for reaching the city centre sights and Tivoli Gardens were barely 10 mins away and the hit of the holiday for the grandchildren.

Spacious room on the first floor, with very comfortable beds and all amenities in place - iron with ironing table, kettle, cups, small fridge. Good continental breakfast with variety of tasty pastries available. You can also get a bonus for skipping the cleaning :) Also very helpful reception workers - they can help with restaurant reservations, suggest places around and help accessing the room after checkout if you forgot something :)

I really liked the comfort of the air conditioner, particularly because my room got the warmth of the late afternoon sun and faced the noisy street. I could just shut the windows and turn on the AC unit for a quiet and cool night's sleep. I also liked the breakfast selection and long breakfast hours. And the attentiveness of the front desk staff.

The location was great and walking distance to city centre. Close to hop on hop off. The staff goes above and beyond to help or answer questions. Breakfast is a typical European hotel breakfast.

Location just a few minutes from Copenhagen Central Station, walking distance from coffeeshops, bars and restaurants. Opportunity to rent bikes. Helpful staff, attention on sustainability. It is a plus that we really liked the interior design.
